Meditation is a great way to create space for the mind to evolve so that consciousness can expand.  One of the most powerful aspects of a good meditation practice is its ability to help you shift your perspective.  This, in turn, can allow you to transform your mental and physical health making it an important part of our bespoke treatment program here at Prana Bali.
